New Year’s resolution: hike more, lose weight

2023 is here and my goal is to lose weight before our next trip to the Dolomites in June and walk at least 10,000 steps every day. On the first day of 2023 my wife and I put on our hiking boots and went for a 14.4 km hike to the Kralingse Plas and back. Total steps for the day: 24,489.
